Tritium Tube + Color

A sealed self-luminous glass tube that glows continuously in the dark without charging.

Glow Glass Tube + Color

A rechargeable glow glass tube that must be exposed to light before it glows in the dark.

Tritium Tube

A tritium tube is a sealed glass micro tube that produces a continuous low-light glow without any external energy source.

It does not need:

Sunlight

UV light

Flashlight charging

Battery power

Electronic power

Once installed, it glows continuously in dark environments. Tritium has a half-life of approximately 12.3 years, which means the brightness will gradually decrease over time. After around 12.3 years, the brightness is expected to be roughly half of its original level. In practical use, the glow can remain visible for many years, often approaching up to 25 years depending on viewing conditions.

Glow Glass Tube

A glow glass tube needs to be exposed to light before it can emit a glow.

For best results, we recommend using a UV flashlight. Brief exposure to UV light can produce a noticeable glow effect.

Other strong light sources

After exposure to light, the tube will glow in the dark.

General brightness may vary by color, tube batch, viewing environment, and installation depth.

In general, the perceived brightness is commonly ranked approximately as:

Green > Ice Blue > Yellow > Orange / White > Red > Pink > Purple > Violet Blue

This ranking is for reference only. Actual brightness may vary depending on the tube size, surrounding material, and darkness level.

In daylight, tritium tubes and glow glass tubes may appear white or lightly tinted. Their glow is only clearly visible in dark environments.

Tritium tubes are low-light sources. They do not require any external power and are designed to glow in darkness, not in bright conditions.

Both tritium tubes and glow glass tubes have a glass outer shell. They are small, fragile, and easy to break. The two ends of a tritium tube are especially delicate. Do not press or squeeze them during installation.

Please check the tube immediately after receiving it. Make sure it is not broken and glows normally in a dark environment before installation.

If you install the tube first and then report that it does not glow, it will be considered damage caused during installation. No replacement, refund, or after-sales service will be provided.

For installation, use UV-curing adhesive only. Do not use 520 glue or any strong chemical adhesive.

Tritium has a half-life of 12.3 years. It can glow for up to about 25 years, but after 12.3 years, the brightness will be reduced to approximately half of its original level.
